Phillips and, er, 12W? 11W? Whichever one says it's a replacement for a 60W bulb (it's lying).

I've had a general problem with lightbulbs going over the last few weeks, which is just random coincidence. Had 3 go in the kitchen, one in the hall, one in the lounge. Unfortunately, every time they go they ping the power board and the whole house goes dark until I can fumble my way to the board and flip the switch again.

Note to self: must buy lightbulb for hall.
