The world is still horrifying

innocent_lexAn 8-year-old child found a pipe bomb at his primary school and brought it inside to show the teachers because he knew it was a bomb. I'm not sure what's more horrifying - that a child knew what a pipe bomb looks like, or that someone left it at a primary school.
