The great paper vs e-book debate

I'm sure I've posted about this before, but there seem to be more and more frequent discussions, conversations, talks, speeches, yadda yadda, about when the great paper book is going to disappear and be entirely replaced by e-books. Not for one heck of a long time, is my simple answer, but I'd need to explain that.
