Another one of those days

So, I spent plenty of today cleaning and sorting and doing little tasks and trying to fix stuff. My reward? I decided to have an omelette for dinner, which ended up being the excellent and very special eggless omelette that must surely be in vogue these days (yes, the eggs were all floaty in my test bowl). When dinner was at last ready, I sat down and tipped a whole glass of blackberry and apple juice over me, the sofa and the floor. By the time I got back to my eggless omelette after clearing up and changing clothes, it was just about lukewarm.

I'm now having tea and haagen dazs because I just want to. So there.

ETA: Have now actually cleaned the floor so it is no longer sticky. This is a good thing. The sofa will take more effort so I'll do that tomorrow. Clothes and towels used to soak up the liquid are in the wash. I am about to get in the wash myself. Work tomorrow - need sleep tonight.

I hate when something like that happens. I almost always do something like that when I'm not feeling well or am especially frazzled or tired or maybe all three.
